2. Hosting and access data

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Deutschland. When you access it, technically necessary access data is processed to deliver the website and ensure its secure, reliable and error-free operation.

This includes the requested page or file, the referring page, access time, browser, operating system, device type and IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO). Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable provision of the website.

IONOS specifies a retention period of eight weeks for web hosting visitor data.

3. IONOS WebAnalytics

IONOS web hosting includes WebAnalytics; according to the provider, tracking and logging are enabled by default. It provides statistical analysis and technical optimisation. IONOS uses no cookies for this purpose and anonymises the IP address immediately after transmission.

To the extent that personal data is processed, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide a website that meets visitors’ needs and works reliably.

4. Contact by email

You can contact us at odarteifio@eo-support.com. There is no contact form on this website; email links open your email application.

We process your email address, message and any other information you provide to handle your enquiry. For pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business enquiries are processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to your message.

We delete the data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and further retention is no longer necessary. Statutory retention obligations and retention necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims remain unaffected. You provide your data voluntarily; without the information needed to handle your enquiry, we may be unable to respond.

5. Cookies and external services

The website itself sets no cookies and uses neither local storage nor session storage. It uses no tracking or marketing cookies of its own, Google Analytics, externally embedded Google Fonts, Google Maps, or embedded YouTube or other video services. Images and stylesheets are served locally. Processing by the hosting service and WebAnalytics is described in sections 2 and 3.

6. Data processing on our behalf and recipients

As our hosting provider, IONOS receives the data necessary to operate the website and processes personal data on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR. The data processing agreement forms part of our IONOS web hosting contract.

We otherwise disclose personal data only where necessary to handle your enquiry or perform a contract, where required by law, or with your consent.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).

Right to object: Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Art. 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is required for legal claims.

You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, contact odarteifio@eo-support.com.

Under Art. 77 GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. In North Rhine-Westphalia, this is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW).

We update this privacy policy when the website, the services used or legal requirements change.
